Post-event sponsor reporting for professional associations
Send the agreed benefits and the links, screenshots and files your team already has. We organise the evidence, flag what is missing and prepare a branded sponsor report for your review before the renewal conversation.
One event. One sponsor. US$500 fixed. Target first draft in seven business days after agreed inputs.
The unfinished job
The photos are in one folder, newsletter results are with marketing, and the agreed benefits are in an attachment. Turning those pieces into a sponsor report is another job for an already busy team.
SponsorProof takes on the organising, cross-checking and writing, with one person on your team reviewing the facts.
A done-for-you report
You do not need to write a recap or sort everything into a finished report first. We confirm the materials and scope before you pay.
Finished fictional example
Explore an example with documented benefits, illustrative campaign figures and a clearly explained evidence gap. The sponsor report and organiser review notes are shown separately.
Fictional event, sponsor and figures. Not client results.
Evidence references E-01 to E-05 included
How it works
Confirm the event, sponsor, benefits and starting materials before payment.
We organise the evidence, build the benefit register and write the report. Open questions arrive together for review.
Your reviewer confirms the facts. We apply one consolidated revision round and hand over the final files.
One-sponsor reporting pilot
For one completed association event, we prepare a clear reporting package from your agreed benefits and available materials.
Scope agreed before payment. No subscription.
Is it a fit?
We will assess the materials before payment. Gaps may limit what the report can say.

FAQ
You do not need to prepare a finished report or sort materials by benefit. Send the agreed benefits and available files through the route we agree. We organise them and identify what still needs clarification.
We record the gap and ask your reviewer to confirm what happened. The report distinguishes missing evidence from a benefit that was not delivered.
One person provides the starting materials, answers the consolidated review questions and approves the draft. The amount of review depends on the condition of the files; we discuss that before work starts.
The target first draft is seven business days after we receive the agreed starting materials. We confirm the start date in writing. Final handover follows your review and one consolidated revision round.
It is a done-for-you service. You receive files your team can use without adopting a new platform.
The report shows agreed benefits, available evidence and supplied performance figures. It can support a renewal conversation, but does not establish sales impact or guarantee a renewal.
