Not included: onsite photography, sponsor outreach, legal advice, contract negotiation, platform migration, guaranteed ROI or a guaranteed renewal.
Evidence is not invented: an unavailable file stays unavailable, and delivery is not labelled “verified” unless your organiser has reviewed it.
Commercial terms: the scope and invoice state the contracting identity, currency, tax treatment, payment timing and cancellation/refund treatment before payment. There is no auto-renewal.
