How SponsorProof handles your information

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect the contact and event information you provide: your name, email, event name or website, optional event date and any optional description of the reporting or research help you need. The form also records source and campaign fields when present.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to assess fit, reply to your request and manage a potential SponsorProof relationship. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising lists.
Providers
The form is delivered through FormSubmit to dhinesh@getsponsorproof.pro. FormSubmit says its submission archive retains submissions for 30 days under its provider policy. The website is hosted on Hetzner and the mailbox is hosted with Hostinger. Providers may process data across borders under their own terms.
Sensitive documents
Do not send sponsorship agreements, attendee lists, payment details or other sensitive material through the public form. If we proceed, we agree a private working route first. See Working with SponsorProof.
Analytics and browser storage
The site contains optional aggregate analytics hooks for page and interaction events. Those properties do not include form names, email addresses, event names or free text. No advertising tracker is configured. Browser tools such as the benefit tracker save entries in your local browser until you clear or export them.
Retention and deletion
We retain an enquiry only as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a potential relationship and meet legal obligations. A project scope confirms retention and deletion timing for source files. Email dhinesh@getsponsorproof.pro to request access, correction or deletion.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form and can ask what information we hold about your enquiry. We will not ask for more data than the agreed work needs.
