How SponsorProof handles your information

What we collect

When you request a sponsor fulfilment review, we collect the contact and event information you provide: your name, work email, organisation, event details, approximate sponsor count, current tracking method and the challenge you describe.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to assess your enquiry, contact you about the requested review and understand whether the SponsorProof pilot is a suitable fit. We do not sell your information.

Service providers and retention

Our form delivery and email providers process enquiry details on our behalf. We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential client relationship and meet legal obligations.

Sensitive documents

Do not send sponsorship agreements, attendee lists or other sensitive information through the public enquiry form. If we proceed, we will agree an appropriate secure route for required documents. Personal attendee data is handled only where the organiser confirms consent and lawful use.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand site use. We do not use advertising trackers. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies, we will ask before setting them.

Your choices
