Plain-language working terms
Know the boundaries before money changes hands.
These notes describe the working shape of the SponsorProof pilot. The written scope and invoice sent for your engagement control if they differ.
No payment is collected online on this website.
Contracting identity
The contracting party, invoice identity, currency, tax treatment and payment details are shown on the written scope or invoice before payment. SponsorProof does not ask you to infer those details from this website.
Scope and inputs
The pilot covers one event, one sponsor and up to 15 distinct benefits unless a different scope is agreed in writing. You provide an approved benefit list, available evidence and an organiser who can confirm facts. Larger or additional work is scoped separately.
Deliverables and revisions
The agreed package may include a tracker, evidence index, report draft, renewal email and handover call. One consolidated revision round is included when stated in the scope. Extra rounds or new benefits may require a new quote.
Payment and cancellation
Payment timing is stated on the invoice. There is no auto-renewal. Before work starts, ask about cancellation and refund treatment; the applicable treatment is written on the scope or invoice. Once work begins, completed work and committed time may be invoiced.
Ownership and reuse
After payment, you may use the final deliverables for your organisation and sponsor conversation. SponsorProof retains general methods and know-how and does not reuse your confidential material. Drafts remain drafts until your team approves them.
Responsibilities and limits
Your team approves interpretations, delivery status, metrics, attendee-data use and sponsor-facing claims. SponsorProof provides no legal advice and does not guarantee sponsor satisfaction, ROI, a sponsor, sales or renewal. Unavailable evidence is labelled as unavailable.
